BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF GROWTH

If plants can grow, if babies can grow then anything can grow. It's just a matter of giving it some love and care, giving it some time and energy. Start building your dreams right now and do something for it every single day, don't stop, don't get discourage if you can't see improvements, you will have a breakthrough one day if you keep pushing forward. 

Grow as much as you can, it's up to you, you need to know how powerful you can be, you need to see your full potential. If you can still move then you can still grow and improve, age doesn't matter what matters is your belief and desire to make some progress. Be patient, it will take time but once you discovered what is working for you... everything else will be a lot easier, you will grow faster. So just keep pushing and never give up, this is the most effective formula, it's too simple, just follow it everyday and you will be surprised with the results that you will get. Nothing can stop you, you have the power to become better, it's all about the mindset, believe that you can do it and you will get it.
