YOU'RE NOT DEPRESSED

You're really not depressed, you're just thinking too much and avoiding actions. You're not living your life, you're making dramas instead of fighting. Life is a fight, stop worrying about the things that you cannot control and start breathing. Feel life, you need to stand up and take a walk outside, that's all you need to do. Make a move, little steps will make you feel better, stop being a chicken and force yourself to do something positive today. The reason why you're depressed is because you feel entitled too much. You feel you deserve something you didn't work for. You feel like you deserve love, money, attention, greatness without having to sweat for it. You need to be realistic here, stop being a wishy washy guy and put an effort to what you want. You need to use your energy, stop being weak, you're getting weaker and weaker because you're not moving. If you will just move then your blood flow will get better, that will create happiness, it will give you more confidence and hope. 

Stop all the dramas because it won't help. Stop looking for the outside and start looking on the inside. Life is an internal work. It's all about you willpower, it's all about what thoughts you entertain, you need to be mindful of your thoughts and label everything. Be selective of your thoughts, know the difference between positive and negative. 

Don't worry about what the world is doing, don't worry about what other people are thinking. What defines you is what you're doing now, nobody can define you who you are, nobody can tell you who you are, you don't have to accept anything they throw at you, you define yourself, you are the creator of your own world. Don't be afraid of what they think of you, be afraid of what you think about yourself. What you think will become your reality. They can tell you anything they want but if you will not accept it then you will still be in control. 

If you already did something that didn't work... do it again. The key here is to keep trying, keep testing, keep persevering. You will one day make something click, you will be able to make a breakthrough. Do it for yourself, don't do it for others, don't do it to impress people or be loved by people... do it for yourself because at the end of the day you're only one true ally is yourself. Nobody will care for you more than you do. You need to love yourself and reward yourself with good actions and good thoughts. Think good about yourself, do something that will make you a little bit better than yesterday. Protect your mentality, protect your dreams, focus on you goals and never get frustrated if you can't get it fast, be patient because it will take time, be about the process, be about taking chances and giving yourself a chance to win even if the percentage of winning is very low.
