TAKE CARE OF YOUR MENTALITY

Your mentality is who you are. Your mentality is your life, what you repeatedly think is what you will attract in your life, as simple as that. Watch your mind, what's going on with your mind? what are you focusing on? what catches your attention? what are you dreaming of? that says everything. Your dominant thought creates your life so if your mind is full of hate, negativity, regrets and envy then that's your reality... full of misery and hardship. But if your mind is full of abundance, patience, understanding, dreams and positivity then your life will become super amazing, as simple as that. So take care of your mentality, be aware of what's running inside of your brain and make sure you're only entertaining the right thoughts. Life is not all about what you make it, life is what you think of it. 

Your mind will either make you or break you, it will either make you stronger or weaker, it all depends on how you use it. Control your thoughts and think about positive things only, that's how to win in life, if you can control your thoughts and keep moving forward then you will become super unstoppable. Mind is a very powerful tool, keep intact, keep it solid, keep it stable and never try to poison it with worries and negative thinking, you are programming your mind everyday, what you keep on thinking will manifest, what you keep on putting on your mind will show up in your reality. 

Learn to let go if the pressure was really high, just let go and that's it, don't worry about the things you can't control, focus on your power and that is controlling your mind and actions. Your mentality should not be messed up by anything that is not worth it, your mentality should be on the top level, it should be strong it should be positive all the time. Because a person with a messed up mentality will never go anywhere, he will always attract negative situations. But a person with strong and positive mentality will always have the ability to persevere when things are very hard. Learn to stay calm when things are hard, learn to stay focus even if you're failing a lot. 

Keep on moving forward, you feel stuck because you're not moving. You're stressed because you're not moving instead of taking small actions. These small actions will give a relief to you, these small actions will make you feel in control. Over thinking will create doubts and fears, taking actions will give you confidence. So if you want your self esteem to go really high... take massive actions, trust hard work and never stop until you accomplish what you are ought to accomplish. 

Make it a habit to work or move right away whenever you are overthinking, you should be aware if you're wasting time because that kind of habit will lead to insanity. People get crazy not because they have big problems but because they focus on their problems instead of focusing on solutions. Your mind is everything, focus on what you want, work on it and you will get it, as simple as that. Focus on what you don't want, complain about it and you will have more of it. You better know how to use your mind, it is powerful, all of your actions and emotions were purely coming from your thoughts. Learn how to use your mind the right way, learn to let go when you're feeling the pressure too much. Don't worry about the things outside of your control and simply give your very best. If you know you show up, if you know you did the work then there is nothing else to worry about.
