HOW TO STAY MOTIVATED DURING THE DARK HOURS

Look for something that you can do... that's how to stay motivated. Of course that action should be positive, that action should be meaningful and will make your life a little bit better. Motivation is very easy to get if you will just move and forget about the results, forget about the outcome... just do something positive and enjoy every moment.

It's all in the mind. You become slow, you become mad, you become weak because you didn't get what you want, or maybe something bad happens to you. But that's life, you will not become happy all the time, you will not feel good all the time... you have to deal with it.

Just one step at a time, one small step and then try to follow through... try to take more little steps after it.

Bad things will really happen to you and you have to accept it, it's life... it's not a walk in the park. Getting motivated is not that hard, all you have to do is move, never think at all... just move, never stop so your mind will not worry anymore.

Always remember that you have the power to control your emotions, your feelings will only change if you're taking actions and not taking any second for granted. Life is so great, it's amazing, you don't have to dwell with things that doesn't really matter at all.

Just do it, just do what you need to do and everything else will be taken care of naturally. Life is a journey, you don't need to always feel good to have a good life. You just need to keep moving so that your life will never get stuck forever.

Keep moving every now and then, one positive action at a time... that's how to do it.
