What disturbs you is your lack of action and laziness, it's your overthinking and worrying about things that hasn't happened yet. If you want to improve and have a much better life then you need to keep moving forward all the time and stop hesitating. So take actions now and never care about what's going to happen next, that is what it is all about. Never mind about how you feel and just take actions now, never care if you're feeling bad because you will feel much better later when you take actions, so stop being a chicken and just take the next step because it is very doable. You are not feeling bad, you are just lazy so develop a habit of just doing it and not minding any of your emotions. Emotion is a liability, you can still move despite of feeling bad. Make sacrifices, be proud of yourself if you're doing something stupid and you stop it even if you're having a lot of fun with it. That's the start of greatness... seeing yourself doing something useless and shifting into the right activities that will give you something in the future. The real problem is when you're not moving, that's the best lesson that you must remember all the time. You will only have problems when you're lazy and delaying the important tasks. The results are not important because every time you think about it you only get stressed. But when you're moving... you will have a peace of mind, everything will feel in harmony. If you want to have a direction then keep moving forward, as simple as that. Stop being lazy because that will make you fail, that will make you a bum, you need to develop the sense of urgency of just doing it regardless of what you feel. Emotion is a liability, it is a hindrance, it is an obstacle, if you can set aside your emotions and ignore it then you will become unstoppable. Any feelings may it be good or bad can affect your performance, if you're too happy and confident you will become lazy too because you will think that you can do it later or tomorrow. If you're letting laziness take over then you're in big trouble. Watch yourself all the time, are you doing something or are you delaying everything? you are in control here. Be the best that you can be, just do it, just show up and never quit until you're done. Become a fast starter and a strong finisher, never let disappointments or problem stop you. At the end of the day you will only feel much better when you push yourself to do it no matter what. Do it even if you're unmotivated or depressed, do it even if you're hopeless and you will feel so good in the end. Action is the start of good emotion, you will never feel ready all the time, you will never feel confident but you will feel so much better when you just start and force yourself to take the first step.
