Feel it, never rush anything. When it is painful it is painful, feel it, take it slowly and don't look for some other ways. That's how to change, that's how to focus. It's second by second of discipline, it's feeling the boredom and enduring the pain, that is the path to growth. See yourself, watch yourself and stay conscious all the time. Use your willpower and never quit. Accept your flaws, accept that it is hard and be one with it. Never let any stupid thought slip away, you have to be strict with yourself. Never let stupid actions be executed. Stop yourself the moment you think about it. Never let weakness takeover, you have to be conscious all the time. Never give up, never stop and just keep moving forward. You can do this, you can take charge of your life. If you really want to change then you need to be slow, face boredom and focus on unlearning the bad habits no matter how hard it is. It's better to be doing nothing than doing your bad habits again. Your bad habits will destroy you, it will make you miserable and weak. Good habits can be developed slowly, you don't need to install it forever in your system... you just need to do it everyday and never quit. Just live with it even if it is hard. It's better to live that way than to live weak and defeated. It's a battle between you and yourself only. SO watch yourself and never let the weak version of yourself reign, become a lion for one month, be strict and committed and repeat it again for another month. Repeat again and again until you finally become something you haven't before. This is simply about repetition, the more you repeat the stronger you get. So whenever you are bored doing the right thing... learn to enjoy it, repeat again and again until it becomes automatic. You will never lose if you will invest in yourself. It is only hard in the beginning, it will eventually become a lot easier when you already repeated it a lot of times. So start now, it's ok if you are slow but don't waste time and energy doing things that has no benefit in the future. You can start now, start even if it is uncomfortable, the more uncomfortable the better. Keep going no matter what and do whatever it takes to make the next step. It's all about the next move, the question is what move are you going to do? it is the right move or the easy move. Usually the easy moves are the wrong moves, it is making you stuck because it is easy and fun. Something easy and fun is not making you better, it is not contributing to your development. So watch yourself all the time and see if you're always looking for fun, stop yourself whenever you crave for pleasures and shortcuts, stop yourself whenever you want to reset even if you're not tired. The truth is you're not tired at all... you're just lazy and undisciplined. If you can manage to discipline yourself all the time whenever you need to then you will become unstoppable and unproductive.
