IT IS EVERY simple... use speed, be fast, take actions now, stop overthinking and just use speed. Problems are all in the mind, it's not in the reality. When you're fast, moving and doing whatever it takes to get better you will never think about your problems anymore. The problem with you is you are overthinking and not starting. If you can start fast and keep going further then your problems will go away, it will never bother you anymore. So what the hell are you waiting for? do something and stop being perfect. Trying to be perfect, trying to become successful fast is the root f procrastination, when you're procrastinating a lot you are stressed even more and you will feel the problem. This is pure mental, depression was caused by you and not other people or situations around you. You did it to yourself because you're thinking too much and not taking actions. Your life will only get better if you will get better, don't try to change the outcome and try to change yourself and you will see the difference. Stop focusing on the problems and focus on the solutions, focus on doing more and being decisive. The reason why you're stuck is because you are slow, you know what to do but you're not doing it. And even if you don't know exactly what to do, you can still do something and be the best that you can be. So what the hell are you waiting for? keep moving forward and just do it, just take it one step at a time and never give up. Burning out is not real, you think you're burning out because you're focused on your feelings, you are too emotional. If you don't want to become emotional then do it your way, start fast and finish strong. Stop worrying because it will never get the job done, you will only make a breakthrough when you're fast. Once you think about doing something... do it even if you're not sure that it's going to work, just do it, repeat the steps until something finally clicks. You are developing the level of perseverance here, you are developing a character and work ethic and that alone solves any kind of problem. Resiliency is underrated, results are overrated, if you want to make it in life then develop your resiliency and trust the process. Not all process will work but if you keep trying and trying then your life will change in just a matter of time. Stop being a fool, stop being a clown, stop being lazy and develop speed. Do it without feeling good, do it even if you're not sure that it's going to succeed. At the end of the day numbers don't lie, the question is how many times did you try? You have to go for it like your life depends on it, you have to push yourself to the limits no matter what.
