harsh words should make your mind stronger. Difficulties should make your driver stronger. No challenge should break you, it should make you mentally tougher. Nothing is difficult if you will just do it, it feels so difficult because you're too soft. You don't have the willpower. Anything that is hard and is making you feel bad is good for your mental health, it is strengthening your mind, it is giving you power that you don't see.
YOU WILL FEEL GOOD WHEN YOU TOOK THE RISK
You will feel really good if you man up and took the risk. because playing it safe when you could have done something will make you feel weak. At the end of the day you really have nothing to lose. You don't have anything since you were born so why be afraid of losing something you have. This is just a game, difficulty will make you stronger because it will mold your spirit, it will test your perseverance and focus, it will turn you into a beast. SO whenever there is a danger presented... go for it and never shy away from it, that is where greatness begins, there is no greatness without risk, you have to take the risk and live with the result.
FEAR OF LOSING
Stop daydreaming, stop looking for assurance and just do what you need to do, that's it. You already won if you take matters into your own hands. Don't be afraid to lose because that is where you grow, if you are losing then it means you are on the right path. If everything was easy then it means you're not growing. Stop wasting your energy hiding away from the challenges that was presented, look for challenges and embrace it, live with it and conquer it.
You are not special, stop acting like you are entitled of comfort and easy path. You are here to suffer and enjoy life, you are here to face your fears. Comfort will make you weak, it is a curse, it is a poison, you think it is good but the truth is it will make you lose in the end. So stop looking for an easy life, accept that it is hard and keep pushing forward no matter what. If it is hard then live hard, it will get easier in the end, if it don't get easy so be it. You have nothing to lose here, you're lucky if you're still alive so never waste this opportunity and keep going no matter what.
IT'S NOT WORKING BECAUSE YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN IT
You work on it but the effort was too mediocre and weak. It is not working because you don't believe in it. If you really believe it then you will test yourself with it, you will go the extra mile, you will push yourself to the limits and live and die with it. You will have no plan B, you will go all in and never give up no matter what. If you really believe it then you will go all in, you will never quit and look for an easy way out. You will outwork everyone, you will love the process even if you hate it.
