JUST TAKE IT SLOW IF YOU'RE PANICKING

You will really panic if you don't want to feel it or if you don't want to be on that situation. You would love to do some other things that is more comfortable and entertaining, you don't want to feel the stress and pain of doing something that you hate. Just like a child who was forced to study by his parents, that child will really feel bad and uncomfortable, he would love to check his cellphone but he can't, he would love to open his facebook account but he can't. He's so uncomfortable because he's not used to that kind of environment. He is going crazy, he would love to just sleep but he can't. The worst thing is... he is trying to give studying a try but he can't. He don't have the habit of studying something.

So if you find yourself panicking because you're force to face what you need to face but you don't want to face it... just take it slow, be in the moment, don't look for comfort instead look for peace. have peace in what you need to do and never complain. Face it, you don't need to take actions right away, you don't need to solve anything right away, just face it and look for something you can do. Learn how to deal with it and have fun with the process.

Take it slow, you don't need to rush, you just need to move forward, stop looking for some other things to do because that will make you fail even more, that will only make the situation worse. Just do it, time will past, stay focused and never try to escape from it. You're panicking because you don't love what is going on, you hate the task in front of you. But if you will just endure the pain of doing it then you will be able to go further and experience so much success in life. Just keep pushing forward even if you don't like it.

Always remember that you can take it slow, you don't need to move fast right away. Rushing will even create stronger panic, just feel what is going on and try to give your best. Time will pass, that challenge in front of you will soon be over so just enjoy what is happening now because that's the only thing you can do.
