EXCHANGE LAZINESS WITH WORK

It feels bad to be lazy right? you know you're just fooling yourself that you're happy but deep inside you're really not. You want to do something but you can't even move, you feel sick and weak, you feel that there is something wrong with you and you can't figure it out. sometimes you know that you need to move but you can't because you feel that there is an invisible force stopping you.

If your laziness is so worse and you can't control it anymore the best thing to do first is clean your room, do it, fold your blankets, arrange your pillows, sweep the floor, throw away the garbage etc etc. Once you finish it then do some other things, something that is more productive. If you will just exchange laziness with work then you will feel happier and alive, you will live differently.

Just work, do something, move, you need to have fun moving, you need to feel that you are progressing every time you move. That's the only way to escape being trapped from laziness. Small action can make a difference, all you need to do is start and follow through and that's it, it's too easy and, it's too simple. It is possible to exchange laziness with work, I know it's really hard because you've been lazy for how many years but science prove time and time again that your mind can change in an instant if you will just use your willpower. Discipline yourself, every time you want to rest after just working for 2 minutes... never rest, always continue, always follow through. You can only have peace if you will work, if you will stop being lazy and do what is important in your life.

You can have fun in your work, just take it one step at a time and don't rush it, feel it and always stay conscious, try to give your very best every second and you will feel really amazing. Always remind yourself to focus and never get distracted from the distraction around you. It's easy to get tempted with emails, texts from friends, favorite show etc. But if you really want to change your life then you need to face boredom, you need to face uncertainty and discomfort because that is the path to freedom, it is the only way to change.
