The key to mental toughness is not winning, it's not looking tough, it's not feeling confident or being the best... it's being present. be present, feel the pain, feel the struggle, be aware that you are scared and keep moving anyway. Fail if you are failing, accept it but still keep fighting, when you're down you're down, when you're up you're up. Just keep living life and never give up, as simple as that. Stop panicking, stop rushing, that is the key... to slow down even if your heart is pumping fast, observe everything without judging, feel everything and never try to escape or look for another route. Live in the moment no matter how bad it is, no matter what you think or feel... just deal with it. Just deal with it and never complain never feel weak, embrace it to the fullest and never wish that the situation could get better. If it is worse it is worse, if it is bad it is bad, just deal with it, fee it while moving forward and not letting anything affect you. Be unaffected, live in the moment no matter what. Live in the present and never look back at the past with regrets, never wish for a better future... that is how to have a mental toughness. It doesn't mean just be lazy and do nothing, if you want to change your life then change it but don't never look for shortcuts or easy ways, if it is hard so be it, accept it and do something about it.
