APPRECIATE THE SMALL PROGRESS

Most people's problem is they can't see the small progress that they've been getting. They always see the problem, they always see their faults that is why they can't feel happier and they always feel stuck. This is a simple mind trick, when you are trying or taking an action there is always a small improvement that is happening. You may not see the results yet but you are still improving, there is a slight improvement and it will compound in the near future. You may not see it for now, you may compare yourself to other people who are making it fast, you may feel envy, you may feel sorry for yourself and down yourself but that is the wrong way to look at things. You are making progress every time you show up and that is the reality. Stick with the basics and never look too far ahead because you will only get overwhelmed. Stick with the basics and improve every single day. Stop wasting time dwelling on things that will never help you to improve your mentality. The truth is you are improving, you just can't see it yet because you're expecting too much and wanted everything to become perfect. You're living in illusion that is not helping you to improve. Progress means seeing your progress, it's not about the external it is about internal, what you feel and what you see will become your reality. So if you feel that you are improving then you are improving already, as simple as that. If you feel that you are stuck then you are stuck no matter what. Look at yourself, improvement means seeing yourself if you are trying, it means you see yourself being more disciplined, faster and doing the things that are important regardless of what you feel. You don't care about emotions, you only care about execution and doing whatever it takes to get to the next level. Every second matters, every action is making you better if your intention is to improve and do something that will strengthen you. Any action, positive moves will compound, you may not feel it yet, you may not see it yet, you may not see in impact yet but if you keep on repeating then something will click, something will work. SO just keep on pushing and never give up. Keep on trying until something work. Comfort is useless, emotion is not helpful at all. Use discomfort, uncertainty, fear and unknown as a trigger to take actions. Give your all every single day. The time is now, never wait for the right timing because it will never help you. Never wait for the perfect moment because it will never arrive, the time is now, you have to push yourself, force yourself to take the next step even if you're not feeling good. Laziness is a sign that you must act now, watch yourself if you are being lazy, guard yourself 24 hours a day, that is where transformation happens, when you accept that you are being a bum and forcing yourself to change no matter what.
